REAL BEAUTY COMES FROM THE INSIDE OUT

It is nice to take care of our skin, getting the last tips for a perfect make up but the most attractive person, sometime are not the most beautiful one !

They have this “ je ne sais quoi “ , an inner beauty and appear attractive in unique ways. Not by what they’re doing to take care of their appearance but by the radiant energy they give out. When beauty comes as much from within as without, it in turn magnifies their outer beauty.

let’s get inspired with some poems and take care of our soul !

Have you heard about Haikus ? I’m passionate about it !

Haiku is a form of poetry, first made popular in Japan, which has become appreciated

around the world. In Japan these poems are valued for their simplicity, openness, depth and lightness.

with only 3 sentences, haikus are incredibly modern. They embrace  perfectly our modernity with a  fast and short communication style while on the same time it invites us practicing to pause in the moment and cultivate a sense of awareness, compassion and peace.

Haikus are an instant photography of a moment or an emotion.

Let’s celebrate summer with an Haiku from Marvin Brato Sr and an haiku from my personal creation:

REAL BEAUTY COMES FROM THE INSIDE OUT

“I see my image,

reflexion in the mirror…

Event with my eyes closed !”

Marvin Brato Sr

REAL BEAUTY COMES FROM THE INSIDE OUT

“Nos regards se croisent

Rien n’est dit

Tout est dit”

SUPERB LINES FROM CAPTAIN CORELLI’S MANDOLIN

“ Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being “in love” which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.”

― Louis de Bernières, Corelli’s Mandolin
